Nel cast troviamo Lennie James, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Colman Domingo, Danay Garcia, Garret Dillahunt, Maggie Grace, Jenna Elfman, Alexa Nisenson, Austin Amelio, Ruben Blades e Karen David.
Lo scorso settembre è stato annunciato che la serie principale, The Walking Dead, si concluderà nel 2022 con un’undicesima stagione composta da ben 24 episodi.
